Sept. 30, 2021 - 无码专区 has announced future changes for its Small Business Development Center (SBDC) operations. Effective Oct. 1, the university will transition its SBDC operations to the Kentucky Small Business Development (KSBDC) network, hosted by the University of Kentucky鈥檚 College of Agriculture, Food and Environment. By next July, 无码专区 plans to open its own small business support center with a focus on family run enterprises, underrepresented small businesses and rural small business throughout the tri-state.
鈥溛蘼胱ㄇ has been providing support for regional small businesses for over three decades, and we will continue to strengthen and expand our small business resources, albeit in a slightly different manner,鈥 said 无码专区 President Ashish Vaidya. 鈥淭his change will allow for continued small business development services in our region and is intended to further the university鈥檚 commitment to providing new and innovative outreach approaches in supporting economic growth throughout the tri-state.鈥
The new family enterprise and small business support center will be housed within the newly renamed Haile College of Business.
