Currently, Reese is a Direct Investment Intern at Cintrifuse Capital in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role she assists in the diligence of venture capital funds and startup companies. Previously, Reese was an Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Builder Fellow for Blue North in Covington. In this role she was exposed to a wide range of experiences including coaching from practicing entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders while working in a marketing role for the organization.

Reese has taken advantage of many of the opportunities that Haile College and ÎÞÂëרÇø provides, as she was the Vice President of Finance for Kappa Delta, managing their budget and financial transactions, as well as working with CPAs and the national headquarters. Reese participated in Haile's Underground Agency as a Creative & Marketing Associate Apprentice, assisting with SWOT analysis, research, and creating marketing and creative strategies.
